Our Policy: All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. To ensure the integrity, purity, and safety of the research compounds we supply, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products once they have been shipped.
Exceptions: Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
We stand by the quality of our products and our commitment to customer satisfaction. If you receive an order that is damaged during transit, contains an incorrect item, or is missing an item, we are here to help.
Timeframe: You must contact our support team within 30 days of the delivery date as indicated by your tracking number.
How to Start a Claim: To report an issue, please email us at support@peptideminds.com. Your email must include:
Your order number.
A clear description of the issue.
For damaged or incorrect items, you must attach clear photos of the product(s) you received and the packaging.
Resolution: Once we have evaluated and verified the issue, we will be happy to offer a refund or a reshipment of the correct item at our sole discretion.
Important: Do not attempt to open or use a damaged or incorrect item. Doing so will void your eligibility for a refund or replacement.
Any issues reported after the 30-day period will not be eligible for a refund or reshipment.
Order Cancellations
Most orders are processed and shipped the same day or within 24 business hours. If you need to cancel an order, please notify us immediately.
Orders that have not yet been shipped may be eligible for cancellation.
Cancelled orders are subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.
Orders that have already been shipped are not eligible for cancellation.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, unless a package is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier. If a package is returned to us because it was denied by the recipient, not retrieved from a designated location, or due to an incorrect address, the shipping fees will not be refunded.
Non-Returnable Items & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products, including gift cards. Please ensure your order is correct before purchasing.
